The answer can depend on what format you are wondering about. They are relaxing, expanding, interactive and provide at times what we would say in our modern view, "technical information" like utilizing Space in your daily life, or Traveling Timelines to promote self healing.

Each one provides a different experience yet same focal-point goal as described above. Also of note, the same format repeated will never be the same twice. The experiences are always suited to the group that has gather, yet the information that comes forth can be applied directly as well.  This provides a comfortable fit for anyone to be able to join the emergence offered by Sarrissa's teachings and our adventures together.
